We proudly ship to all locations within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• All orders shipped before 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day.

• Standard Shipping (3-5 Business days): $9.95

• Express Shipping (1-2 Business days):  $13.95

• FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $149.99

Online order dispatch:  

All online orders are shipped via Australia Post when either Parcel Post or Express Post is selected. 

We do offer SAME DAY SHIPPING!
Orders that are placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 12pm AEST will be sent on the next business day.

LOCAL SAME DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE (please ensure your postcode is eligible):

• Orders must be placed before 12pm AEST.

• DELIVERY FEE $15.00.

• ‘Local Delivery’ must be selected as the shipping method.

We offer local delivery for our customers including postcodes: 3018, 3016, 3025, 3011, 3013, 3028, 3030.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products (health and beauty supplies), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective, damaged or unopened.

• A 30-day return policy applies in exchange for a store credit. Simply contact us via the contact link and include your order number and original receipt along with what items you would like to return.

• We strictly do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Customers who have received a product with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item, will receive a refund. *note- mpbeautyfix undertake thorougher quality control on each and every item prior to shipment and upon receiving return).
